In this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to use your body as your internal guidance system (compass) to keep you on the path to your best life.
- Learn to question and dissolve your thoughts, fears and limiting beliefs that hold you back from living your dreams.
- Get in touch with your soul's yearnings and longings and defrost your dreams.
- Create wildly improbable goals (WIGS) and learn how to take turtle steps toward your North Star – your best life.
